The structure of his blouse is strong and perfect, the faces are to soft in my opinion. I have my doubt by the anatomy of the faces but maybe you can solve this by making the structure stronger as you do bij your animal drawings. Ofcourse there are no feathers and hair on the faces like animals do have, but now you can focus on the highlights of a smoot surface as in these two faces.
