Great eye for design with this. The only thing I would be critical on is that it looks like the children (lower right corner) and swimming with that moose.

What is the light white box on the left hand side supposed to have in it (content wise)?

I think you did a great job on your design you seem to have an eye for it. Only thing I would change is putting the Moose more to the back as it would look to be coming towards the land and not actually look like it is swimming with the children. Overall this is a great piece of work.
