This is the background for a cover of a hunting/fishing magazine I did. I took the photo of the man with the fish and used PS to layer him on the background. This is the first time I ever did this.

Portfolio design still in working progress. Any advise?

I worked from a photo I shot while on vacation. I gave the background more boca - artists perogative. I think it needs more contrast and darker shading, so I may do some more work on it. I’d love to get your thoughts - thank you!

A quick project site I made for class.

An artist I know online proposed this idea: take her two photos of wolves and put them in an original drawing or painting (the photo of the wolf on the left was just the head). This was my result. These are two Mexican Wolves, so rare they only survive in one area of Arizona. They used to live around where I live, so I used my local plants and landscapes for the background.

I used carbon pencil and colored pencil on 70lb paper. I want to work on the technique a bit, but I like the effect.
